On this page you can see what I like to cook at home. Some are from my favorite cookbooks, and some are my own unique creations.
Start by sautéing about 1/2 cup of diced onions. Drain the oil from the onions with a strainer. Add the onions back in the frying pan. Separate the whites from the yolks of 10 eggs. Whisk the egg yolks and set aside. Add the egg whites to the onions in the frying pan. Turn on medium-low heat. Sprinkle some dried thyme on the egg whites and stir in. Once the egg whites are cooked, add the whisked egg yolks to the pan. Once the yolks are cooked, add shredded parmesan cheese and enjoy!
